Wild and Wacky on the Web
FunBrain and Customized Fonts and Colors

Like it says, the Internet's #1 site for K-8 teachers
and kids... and it is.
Customizing Fonts
Open up your Preferences again and click on Fonts. The
Variable Width Fonts are the ones you see mostly on Web pages. The experts say to
choose a sans serif font for viewing on computer screens. One of the best choices
in sans serif fonts is Verdana. Note you can also change the default size. The bigger
the size number the bigger your text will appear. Size 12 is kind of an average size
standard.

Customizing Colors
You can then choose colors. Clicking on any of the color boxes displays a
"color picker" dialog box. Click on the color you want to use for text,
background and links.
