ESPN is the web site for the Cable TV channels. It has all
of the information that's on the TV channel plus so much more. It also has direct
links to the web sites of the sports currently in season. CNN Sports Illustrated
is a combined site for both the cable channel CNN and the magazine Sports Illustrated.
It definitely has the feel of the magazine. The NASCAR site is an example of high
quality web pages put together by the governing body of a particular sport. The Olympics
web site shows items of current interest to Olympics fans. It also anticipates the
big event coming in 2002 and already shows you how things will look and where you'll
find the information you will want once the olympics start.
