Sending Mail
From the Table of Contents Menu click on the Compose Link.
You get the Compose Mail page.
Fill in the email address of your recipient, exactly the way they gave you the address (just like we did with web addresses in the Introduction to the Internet workshop). Type in a subject line. The subject line is one important way the recipient decide if they even want to read your email. So make it a useful subject. A subject line such as "testing" just isn't going to work very well. Then go to the largest open box and start typing in your message. When you're done click on the Send button.
This page shows your message has been sent and the receiver
should be getting it sometime within about the next 10 minutes or so. You can easily
go back to your Inbox by clicking on the Inbox link.
