This web site is design to help AskWisconsin
consortia members help themselves, their colleagues, and their patrons use the QuestionPoint
service for virtual reference. The goal is at the end of the session librarians will
be ready to "go live" with their QuestionPoint based virtual reference
services. Further that they will be ready to start delivering their services to meet
their patrons specific needs.

In addition to the mechanics of using QuestionPoint
there are numerous social issues individual libraries and the consortia need to address
