This web site is design to help AskWisconsin consortia members prepare their QuestionPoint accounts. The goal is at the end of the session libraries will be ready to "go live" with their QuestionPoint based virtual reference services. Further that they will be ready to start customizing their services to meet their patrons specific needs.

Social Issues

In addition to the mechanics of setting up QuestionPoint there are numerous social issues individual libraries and the consortia need to work on. Discussions will address:

Staffing
Hours
Workflow

We will begin planning the next round of workshops centered on Train the Trainer (t3). Sessions to help librarians train and encourage the virtual reference staff in their libraries.
